Registration is now open for the 2021/22 Indoor Season. The season will run from the second week of November through early March 2022. Due to facility requirements, all athletes over the age of 12 will need to provide proof of vaccination to participate.

Fees: $350

Senior Program  (Born 2008 and earlier)

Senior program practices will take place at various facilities depending on the program. Facilities will include the Kinsmen Sports Centre, Foote Field and the Turf Training Centre, all in Edmonton.

Fees: $450

NOTE: As the availability of meets is not yet determined, athletes will be responsible for their own registration fees for any track meets for the Indoor Season.

REGISTRATION PROCESS: A Three-Step Process

1. Register & Submit Payment Online

St. Albert Mustangs use Trackie.ca to provide easy online registration. The cost of track meets will be the responsibility of athletes.

Please note:

  • All athletes must have a valid Athletics Alberta membership to train, compete and be a member of our club. This is separate from the Mustangs’ registration fee, is paid directly to Athletics Alberta, can be purchased as a seasonal or annual membership and is required to complete the registration process online. The Annual membership is recommended as it allows access for the Indoor, Outdoor, and Cross- Country seasons. Purchasing the 3 separately results in a higher cost than the annual.

If you have never registered before, not to worry, we have you covered! Just leave the Athletics Alberta box blank on the online registration form and payment and membership allocation will happen automatically.

If you are not sure if your membership is valid, not a problem, a look-up feature is available on the registration form as well.

RETURN POLICY: Refunds are available only through the first two weeks of the season.

2. Prepare Your Deposits

A $100 volunteer deposit will be required upon start of the season. The volunteer commitment is 16 hours per athlete and can be completed by parents, friends, and athletes. Various opportunities will be made available throughout the season. $100 volunteer deposit cheques will only be cashed should volunteer hours not be completed.

3. Complete Your TeamSnap Profile

TeamSnap is the Mustang’s primary form of communication. Training and track meet events will all be found on TeamSnap.

Once your athlete’s registration package has been processed, you will receive an email invitation to join TeamSnap shortly after. Setting up your profile will be your final step of the registration process.
